And then there were 3... independent counselors touring Rhode Island colleges! So I'm just going to say it: the Brown University campus is stunningly gorgeous. Pictures don't capture it. It's courtyard after courtyard of beautiful old brick buildings; words can't describe the sense of history and quintessential traditional college feel. Brown's reputation is unparalleled and the open curriculum means students can take any classes they wish - no requirements whatsoever other than taking enough courses in one department to fulfill a major. Did I mention the fact that the campus is beautiful?
